Resume/CV
With interest in understanding fabrics that give purpose to a space and have the ability to influence those who interact with the material; combining these values with immediate surroundings. I am eager see how these ideas apply in different contexts, through observation of imagery and handling of material. Looking for a part time or freelance textile design or artist opportunity.

Recently graduated from UNCG with a Masters in Library and Information Science and hoping to work in both textiles and archives. Having studied textile design at the Rhode Island School of Design, my expertise in fabric construction, working with different materials, design, concept and color is what inspires me to combine what I learned at RISD with what I've learned at UNCG. Working in libraries alongside different communities has been an extremely fulfilling and satisfying experience. The skills and habits I've picked up while working in the field are forever integrated into my practice as an artist and future library professional.
